Analytics & Workflow Products
Developed analytics dashboards and a web-based file-processing tool early prototypes through production to releases. Shaped UX flows and designed multi-layered analytics views covering complex findings with mixed data types, coordinated integration with CRM/MIS systems, and aligned execution across backend and frontend teams. The products were adopted for customer onboarding and hospital pilot use.
AI Imaging & LLM Initiatives
Shaped AI imaging products by coordinating ML engineers and clinical stakeholders to refine model behavior. For new ML-driven concepts, validated technical feasibility, evaluated training data sources, and outlined data-labelling strategies. Led early discovery for LLM-based tools—translating broad user needs into technical specifications, exploring architecture and deployment options (API, local models, RAG), safety guardrails and performance benchmarking.
Genomic Labs & Data Analysis
Led development of core digital systems for genomics laboratories, including a custom LIS with sample tracking, protocols and consumables management, workflow-automation, access controls, and change traceability, as well as an in-house data analysis tool for clinical bioinformaticians. Managed both products from concept to release and ongoing support—defining operational and user requirements, translating complex diagnostic workflows into technical specifications, coordinating cross-functional teams, and guiding phased rollout and adoption.
